Advancing Inclusive Rural Communication Services in Africa

Start a dialogue!

The YenKasa Africa initiative would like to invite you to join our new Rural Communication Services Initiative and Community of Practice. Yenkasa Africa is committed to advancing rural communication services (RCS) to build resilience amongst family farmers, just one aspect of our campaign on resilient family farming as part of the UN Decade of Family Farming (UNDFF).

We invite you to the launch of the Rural Communication Services Initiative on November 24th, 2021, 2:00 PM CET. We have attached the launch program for your reference. Register here: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_4izK1XmRTNCeLYTdMoHJmQ

The launch would bring together farmer organizations, international development agencies and academic institutions using communication in agriculture and rural development. To advance its RCS Initiative, Yenkasa Africa would be conducting surveys and e-consultations on RCS with farmer organizations to get their valuable inputs and learn from their experiences. Capacity building workshops will also be conducted as part of the initiative. Your participation in the launch and the Yenkasa Africa Community of Practice (COP) is highly valued. To join the COP, please register on the Yenkasa Africa Forum. Detailed instructions can be found here.
